Weiss Schnee

It's been really hot around here and exams are going on.  I wanted to paint something chilly to relieve my mind of the stress and humid weather. Weiss suddenly came to mind and I decided to paint her. XD Her design is one of my favourites and I really love her weapon. The engineering put into making the weapon is really mind-blowing. I also really love her name. 
I'm not too sure about many things though. I feel like it could be improved. I'm kind of happy how the face and dress came out. But I'm not sure if I'm fully satisfied with it overall. The pose was really hard to work on. I wanted to picture her gliding with snow at her feet. I don't think I've captured that motion fully.   There might be some mistakes I can't see right now. Feel free to criticize so that I can improve more (^-^) Maybe I'll give a better attempt next time I'll draw her XD

The glyphs in the background and the one on the ground are the only things not painted from scratch, btw.
